WORKS ELABORATION:
The animation work "What They Say." tells the story of a surviving young boy, through his talks with an robot, depicting the storyline of human civilization from the development to the destroy, and interspersed with the strong "brutal reality and childish naive fantasy" in the process. Contrast, which expresses the reflection between technology and the future development of human beings.
TUTOR COMMENT:
The students use the self-developed creative system to break through technical difficulties, interact with hand-drawn characters and 3D scenes in real time rendering, and organically combine the agility of 2D animation with the atmosphere of 3D rendering; the works explore the relationship between human beings and science, technology, economy, and culture. The relationship of cross-integration, by integrating the means of artistic expression with the ideological connotation of reflecting on technology, exerts a stronger desire for expression and expressiveness.
