WORKS ELABORATION:
"Taste and Rebirth: The Story of a Chili Pepper" is an artistic exploration of the red theme through the collective memory perspective of "Mr. Pingshi", Chen Youji Chili Sauce, at the research destination "Guangdong North and South China History Research Base". In the front line of the War of Resistance Against Japan, "Mr. Pingshi" insisted on cultivating talents for new China, when there was a serious shortage of living materials, and it was already a delicacy to be able to eat with Chen Youji's chili sauce, which was a taste that was deeply remembered in the beacon years. This project combines art education with daily life scenarios, creates a cultural tourism red art education project suitable for primary and secondary school students, and carries out student-centered research learning and travel experiences with different art education activities in the research process, and activates the red cultural tourism resources of the South China Education History Research Base.
