WORKS ELABORATION：
The author through the study of different types of knowledge production space, and its production mode, based on the knowledge ShengChanChang domain and the mechanism of deconstruction, the process of knowledge production is defined as a full of a variety of possibility and uncertainty of construction process, is a process of consultation and persuasion, including the knowledge production of three stages： internal consensus, rationality and beliefs that constitute evidence. In this paper, the author re-constructs a set of incubation production mechanism and system in line with the current one, placing innovation incubation knowledge production as infrastructure into the urban volume, and arranging public service system to form a closed loop of knowledge production.
